When you join us as a client, weʼll go through a few steps to make sure we understand your goals, and that youʼre happy with our recommendations.
Step 1
We’ll ask you to complete an assessment before we first meet, to make sure that we’re a good fit for each other
Step 2
Our first face-to-face meeting. We’ll outline our services, get to know more about you, cover all regulatory and fee disclosures, and introduce you to our risk tolerance questionnaire
Step 3
Our second face-to-face meeting. We’ll discuss and agree on your attitude to risk, collect some more information about you and make sure our costs and charges are clear
Step 4
We’ll present and discuss our initial recommendations in this third face-to-face meeting, as well as asking you to complete all remaining paperwork
Step 5
At this stage, your accounts will be open and we’ll start making investments on your behalf. We’ll contact you within three months to make sure you’re happy with everything
Working together in the long run
We’ll hold a review meeting every year to discuss your portfolio’s performance
